Airbnb doesn't allow me to have a my name in my profile and have the invoices in the name of the company. Please find a solution Airbnb, because if i have in my profile the company's name, it changes your Philosophy, it will be a regular announce for holidays apartment not personal like i like...

Instead they want the host and guest to agree a separate payment within 14days and insist they will return the deposit at the end of 2 or 3 days after checkout. What is the use of having a security deposit if I cannot hold it as a security deposit in case a guest refuses to pay for damages? That is a terrible policy. I was lucky my guest took responsibility and paid - what if they hadn't ? I don't have the time to sit around and wait for a lengthy arbitration
