Une histoire qui se finit bien….
Le centre de résolution a très bien géré l'indemnisation des dégradations qu'il y a eu dans mon logement lors d'une réservation. La personne qui a été en contact avec moi a été bienveillante et efficace. C'est assez difficile de constater des dégradations chez soi et la considération de cette interlocutrice a été très réconfortante de même que la gestion et l'indemnité de AIRBNB…

I knocked on the door just to confirm there was no one there and when I was inside the apartment the guest's boyfriend show up. I apologized and explained I had received an e-mail saying they had checked out and also the airbnb manager told me so and left. This was a very unpleasant situation for me and the guests. When an inquiry comes in and I respond to it and the guest comes back and says thanks, there is no longer an enquiry to respond to so I leave it be. airBnB still docks my response rate so basically I have to respond to every inquiry and then make sure that I have the last say in the thread not to get docked? Absurd policy. As long as the initial inquiry is responded to, that should be that.
