Online support is pretty good, it is far from the worst that I have experienced, so I am overall very satisfied with my free subscription. Gone are the days of multi-click navigations toward multiple data-centers with Airbnb all available information is there from a single dashboard at a swipe or click of a mouse. It allows you to parse specific data related to incidents to identify patterns and craft unique solutions. The tools available from Airbnb ensure that I am notified before the performance problems cause my site to go down. Root cause analysis shows me what is missing so that my team can quickly locate the problem and fix it. I like the root cause analysis for troubleshooting as well as the ability to monitor many aspects of my sites and apps. Airbnb makes it easy to isolate performance errors with my sites such as timeouts and crashes, and for that reason alone it is an extremely valuable tool to have.
