A few minutes later I got an e-mail from airbnb informing that the guest had checked out and asking me to write about the experience of having her as guest. I arrived to the apartment (which is located in the old part of Lisbon and has the entry in the main floor) and its windows (also in the main floor) where completely open and the lights were on. I knocked on the door just to confirm there was no one there and when I was inside the apartment the guest's boyfriend show up. I apologized and explained I had received an e-mail saying they had checked out and also the airbnb manager told me so and left. This was a very unpleasant situation for me and the guests. To enter the apartment with the guests inside thinking the apartment was already empty. <p>I got a phone call at 6:39pm from a manager from airbnb (USA) who told me my guest wasn&rsquo;t happy with the apartment and was leaving it.
