Airbnb used to be a great place to list a home, but their customer service has rapidly declined in the six months. Each time that I need to talk with someone, I'm on the phone/hold for at least 45 minutes. This recent issue was elevated to a supervisor, Sergio, that had the personality of a rock. He expressed no concern or compassion about my situation and didn't attempt to even work with me on a solution. I've been a Superhost for many years (listed since 2008) and this recent issue was handled so poorly that I listed my place on several other websites.
